If you're anything like me, you've started a home workout with the best of intentions — only to scroll for 20 minutes trying to find a good one.

There are thousands of YouTube workouts out there, but not all of them are worth your time — especially if your goal is fat loss.

So today, I’m saving you the guesswork.
